What You'll do:

- Lead and mentor a team of 5 AI Scientists/Engineers, ensuring strong technical direction and engineering best practices;

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine requirements;

- Define end-to-end GenAI solution architecture, including data pipelines, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, agents, orchestration, and system integration;

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs;

- Oversee full lifecycle implementation: data ingestion and preparation, model development, pipeline creation, testing, automation, CI/CD, and deployment;

- Establish standards and best practices for LLM development, RAG architectures, agent frameworks, DataOps, and MLOps/LLMOps;

- Perform technical reviews (architecture, code, PRs, design documents) ensuring robustness, consistency, and scalability;

- Support technology decisions across OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs, pipelines, and agent frameworks;

- Ensure security and compliance, including logging, prompt governance, sensitive data protection, and access control; 

- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders through workshops, requirement sessions, and executive presentations;

- Monitor and optimize solutions for performance, including cost, latency, accuracy, and UX quality;

- Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies;

- Stay up to date with GenAI trends and propose continuous improvements and innovations;~

What You Are:

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, preferably in Generative AI or advanced AI/ML projects;

- Strong expertise in system architecture, data pipelines, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents, and MLOps/LLMOps;

- Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Databricks, vector databases, agent frameworks, etc;

- Ability to lead and support multidisciplinary engineering teams;

- Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, security standards, observability, and architecture patterns;

- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions;

- Solid experience with CI/CD, automation, and end-to-end delivery of data/AI solutions;

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;

- Outstanding soft skills: clear communication, collaboration, expectation management, and stakeholder alignment.
