What You'll do:

- Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure and deployment workflows using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and related technologies;

- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify automation opportunities and standardize infrastructure-as-code practices across environments;

- Hybrid Work Model.


What You Are:

- 5–10 years of hands‑on experience with infrastructure and platform automation, including strong skills in Ansible (playbooks, roles, collections) and Terraform (modules, state management, workspaces);

- Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and its core services (compute, networking, storage, IAM) automated via IaC;

- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) to glue tools together, build custom modules, and automate operational tasks;

- Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and security best practices in automated environments (secrets management, least privilege, compliance as code);

- Ability to explain complex automation concepts and trade‑offs clearly to both engineers and non‑technical stakeholders, adapting language to the audience;

- Proven experience working in cross‑functional teams, facilitating workshops or refinement sessions to capture requirements and align on automation priorities;

- Strong documentation habits: writing clear runbooks, architecture diagrams, and standards so others can understand, operate, and extend automated systems;

- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to mentor junior engineers on automation practices and tooling.

- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
