What You'll do:

- Lead projects and support technical decision-making;

- Provide leadership and mentorship to a junior team member;

- Contribute to the modernization of two data platforms, including one currently on-premises;

- Develop and maintain data solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem and related tools;

- Support and implement cloud-based data solutions;

- Hybrid work model; 

Who You Are:

- Senior Data Engineer / Tech Lead experience;

- Strong leadership mindset and decision-making capability;

- Strong cloud expertise;

- Experience with Microsoft data tools;

- Experience with SSIS;

- Experience with Power BI;

- Experience with Databricks;

- Experience with Data Factory;

- Fluent in Portuguese;
