What You'll do:
- Lead and manage information systems, software, or IT infrastructure projects using both agile and traditional project management methodologies;
- Define, design, and oversee system and application architectures, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements;
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and design teams to ensure coherent architectural decisions;
- Support project teams with technical guidance across software stacks, databases, servers, and operating systems;
- Contribute to process design and optimization using methodologies such as BPMN;
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and UI/UX best practices are incorporated into system and application designs;
- Use project management tools (MS Project, Confluence, or equivalents) to plan, track, and document initiatives;
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field recognized in Portugal;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT systems, software, or infrastructure projects;
- Minimum 5 years of experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies;
- 10 years of experience in IT systems, software, or infrastructure project management;
- Familiarity with standard software stacks (e.g., LAMP, ASP.NET);
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming;
- Understanding of application system architecture patterns;
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB);
- Knowledge of web servers (e.g., IIS, Apache);
- Understanding of UI/UX design and accessibility principles;
- Experience or training in process modeling (e.g., BPMN);
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence);
- Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
