What You'll do:

- Design and develop robust Java backend solutions.

- Implement and maintain application architecture (microservices, hexagonal, etc.).

- Contribute to CI/CD processes and pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

- For Lead profiles: act as a role model for the team.

- For Lead profiles: onboard and mentor junior team members.

- For Lead profiles: provide technical support and guidance to other developers.

What You Are:

- At least one higher education degree.

- 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Lead) of experience with Java Backend development (Java >= 8).

- Strong theoretical knowledge of Java.

- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot.

- Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL).

- Experience with JPA and Hibernate.

- Knowledge of application architecture, including microservices-based and hexagonal architecture.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

- For Lead profiles: must have been living in Portugal for at least 1.5 years.

- Ideally, experience with Java Frontend (e.g., Angular or any other UI framework).

- Ideally, experience with AWS or another cloud platform.

- Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.

- Passion for learning and continuous development.

- Experience working in Agile environments and with Scrum methodologies.
