What You'll do:

- Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and delivery plans aligned with business strategy.

- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.

- Lead the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost targets are met.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while resolving operational and technical issues.

- Track project performance using KPIs and delivery metrics.

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through regular status updates and governance reporting.

- Oversee project documentation, decision logs, and project closure activities.

- Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvements to delivery processes.

Who You Are:

- An experienced IT Project Manager with 6+ years of project and service management experience.

- Experienced in technology environments, with at least 4 years managing IT, engineering, or digital platform projects.

- Skilled in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Experienced in managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project risks.

- Proficient with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.

- Comfortable leading complex technology initiatives involving APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and cloud environments.

- A strong communicator who can bridge technical and business teams.

- An analytical problem solver with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Adaptable, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (C1 or above), with the ability to work in an international, hybrid environment.
