The Right Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to daily reconciliation processes, break resolution, and transaction investigation — giving you a solid foundation in operational risk control within a financial services environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations processes across assigned accounts, currencies, or transaction types
  • Match and reconcile transaction data across systems to check for accuracy and completeness
  • Review reconciliation results to help identify discrepancies or breaks
  • Assist in investigating discrepancies and following them through to resolution
  • Work closely with the Operations team to escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates with no experience and polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/VBAs
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Able to start in September 2026 and commit full-time for a minimum of 6 months
