Position : Assistant, Marketing

Responsibilities :

1 Support Team in organizing various projects / campaigns

2 Create engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused

3 Seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences

4 Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content

5 Responsible to respond any comments, feedback or inquiries received on every Social Media platform

6 Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content

7 Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation

8 Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects

9 Work with the Team to develop the landing pages and online sales funnels to boost ecommerce

10 Work & participate with Training Team for live programme on Facebook and other social media in supporting company's strategies plan

11 Handle and conceptualize new on-site ideas to create the best users experience on all digital platforms include ecommerce

12 Enhance website and social networking traffic with necessary graphic design creation and content writing for advertisement on website and others advertising platform

13 Outlets visit before or during event, carrying out marketing inspection

14 Formulate standard operating procedures related to marketing (operations)

15 Coordinate with all team members towards processes and services excellence.

16 Assure that work practices are in guideline of GMP/ISO 9001 standards.

17 To undertake any other duties as and when required from time to time by Management

Authority

1 Execution of digital marketing for social media

2 Graphic design & content writing for advertisement                                                                                                                                                                               Requirements :

1 At least 1 year working experience in related field.

2 Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Literacy in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

3 Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer service skills.

4 Basic graphic design skills is an advantage.

5 Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

6 Good interpersonal skills, initiative, creative and innovative

7 Must be willing to travel and work in Kota Damansara.
