Position: Senior HR Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selection process.
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees. Assist with new-hire orientation, as needed.
- Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process.
- Preparing offer letter to new joiners.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Maintaining leave records of all employees.
- Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
- Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
- Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.
- Maintaining and revising the companys handbook on policies and procedures
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- .Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
Requirements and Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
-Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
