Position: Senior HR Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selection process.
  • Administering all the hiring processes of new employees. Assist with new-hire orientation, as needed.
  • Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process.
  • Preparing offer letter to new joiners.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
  • Maintaining leave records of all employees.
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
  • Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.
  • Maintaining and revising the companys handbook on policies and procedures
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • .Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department

Requirements and Qualifications

-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

-At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.

-Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
