What you'll do
Responsibilities include acting as an advisor in corporate recruitment, defining hiring requirements in line with business strategy, creating job propositions for talent, and optimizing the candidate selection process in collaboration with recruitment partners. The position also involves in events and tradeshows, delivering solution-oriented proposals to participating companies, and producing initiatives that maximize talent matching and drive lead generation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of sales, business development, or recruitment experience.
- Native-level Japanese
- Proactive and self-driven, with a strong desire to gain experience
- Adaptable and resourceful, comfortable handling diverse tasks from consulting to event planning
- Good communicator
