What you'll do
Drive digital commerce strategy and P&L performance across owned platforms and major marketplaces for an industry-leading consumer electronics brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven online campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability
- Manage end-to-end operations of company website and marketplace presence (Amazon, Rakuten)
- Set strategic sales targets and create detailed action plans for digital platforms
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and analytics teams
- Create comprehensive monthly reports on financial performance, KPIs, and market trends
- Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience in consumer electronics or related industry
- Proven track record of driving P&L growth in digital commerce
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Must currently reside in Japan
