What you'll do

Drive digital commerce strategy and P&L performance across owned platforms and major marketplaces for an industry-leading consumer electronics brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven online campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Manage end-to-end operations of company website and marketplace presence (Amazon, Rakuten)
  • Set strategic sales targets and create detailed action plans for digital platforms
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and analytics teams
  • Create comprehensive monthly reports on financial performance, KPIs, and market trends
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Required Qualifications

  • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency
  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience in consumer electronics or related industry
  • Proven track record of driving P&L growth in digital commerce
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Experience with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Must currently reside in Japan
