What you'll do

  • Develop industry customers and negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Establish strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and desires.

  • Create and deliver comprehensive solutions based on customer requirements.

  • Gather industry trends and information and provide feedback to the R&D team for product development and iteration.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

What you need to succeed

  • Over 3 years of experience in sales roles, ideally within the software sector or in industries related to imaging or photography.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ambitious with strong business and human acumen.

  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to sales.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

  • Native in Japanese.
