Key Responsibilities

  • Develop advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience. 
  • Proofread advertising material before launching campaigns. 
  • Coordinate and oversee the development and launch of campaigns. 
  • Negotiate with advertising agencies to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures. 
  • Manage budgets and monitor campaign costs and ROI metrics. 
  • Track and present campaign data including such as views, sessions, click-through rates, engagements, customer conversion rates, and sales. 

To succeed in this role, you will need

    • Native level Japanese and advanced-level English proficiency for effective communication within our multicultural team.
    • Minimum three years of experience as a media buyer or in a similar role.
    • Proficient in media analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager.
    • Experience in various advertising mediums, including print, radio, television, film, and social media.
    • Excellent financial skills with the ability to manage media budgets.
    • Collaborative team player with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
