We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing organization. This position will primarily involve end to end recruitment, providing consulting services to clients and sourcing the right candidates for business critical positions in the Technology sector.
In addition to contingency, we also provide exclusive and retained search services, so you can be involved in a wide range of recruitment needs, from mid- to senior- to executive-level employees. What You’ll Need:
University graduate (bachelor's degree) or above
2-3 years of related work experience or experience in the following - sales, or human resources.
Ability to handle a fast-paced, and ever changing work environment
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to set and achieve goals
Self motivated and driven
Advanced/ Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced/ Fluent Japanese (a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with New & Existing Clients
Developing new clients (LinkedIn, cold-call, collaboration between groups, participation in exhibitions, etc.)
Deepening relations with existing clients (receiving job orders, proposing personnel based on business conditions, providing market information, discovering potential recruitment needs)
From receiving a job offer to following up on successful recruitment (listening to recruitment requirements, proposing a selection process, introducing candidates, handling interviews and analyzing feedback, adjusting offer terms, etc.)
Supporting client reference checks and offer process as required
- Develop lasting Friendships with New & Existing Candidates
Sourcing and screening new candidates (using company’s resources)
Sourcing and screening candidates using our own database, LinkedIn and other tools
Seeking referrals from existing candidates/ colleagues
Communication with our own Candidate Sourcers
Support candidates for a successful job change, including preparation for interviews, providing interview feedback, and negotiating terms
