We are looking for an experienced Front of House Attendant – Night Shift to join a professional hotel team in the Czech Republic.This is a multi-skilled position combining Night Reception / Front Office duties with Food & Beverage support. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel and be confident working independently during night operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel reception during the night shift.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out, registration, room assignments, payments and guest accounts.
  • Operate the hotel Property Management System (PMS) and process reservations and guest information.
  • Process payments, credit card pre-authorizations, hotel charges and cash transactions accurately.
  • Handle walk-in reservations, room upselling, guest enquiries, telephone calls and emails.
  • Respond professionally to guest requests and routine complaints.
  • Provide Food & Beverage service during the evening restaurant operation, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.
  • Complete night-shift reports, account checks, payment reconciliation and handover information for the morning team.
  • Work closely with Reservations, F&B and other hotel departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Follow hotel standards, HACCP, hygiene, health & safety and fire safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel – MANDATORY.
  • Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, Night Reception or Guest Services within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent command of English – spoken and written.
  • Good experience with hotel PMS systems, reservations and guest accounts.
  • Comfortable handling payments, cash, credit cards and basic reconciliation.
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, reliable, proactive and highly responsible.
  • Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
  • Flexible and comfortable supporting Food & Beverage operations when required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week
  • Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Rotational short-week / long-week schedule
