We are hiring a friendly, skilled, and service-oriented Barista to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.

The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing warm, professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to the restaurant's standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and other beverage equipment.
• Take guest orders and make recommendations when required.
• Ensure beverages are presented and served professionally.
• Keep the bar and beverage preparation areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely beverage service.
• Respond politely to guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Support other service duties when requested by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso equipment.
• Friendly, polite, and attentive with a professional appearance.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
