Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all kitchen operations
• Develop creative, high-quality menus
• Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Ensure all hygiene, safety, and cost-control standards are met
• Work closely with F&B management on concept execution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fine-dining or luxury hotel
• Strong culinary skills and creativity
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or relevant professional certification
