Position: Deputy Golf Sales Manager

Location: Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic

Eligibility: Must hold a European Union passport (work eligibility is mandatory)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Golf Sales Manager to develop and grow golf-related business within a resort and hotel group in the Czech Republic.

This role is based at the Golf Resort and focuses on driving revenue, developing corporate partnerships, and delivering outstanding guest and member experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow golf-related business across corporate and individual markets
• Acquiring new golf clients and maintaining relationships with existing partners
• Promote and sell golf memberships, tournaments, and golf packages
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
• Achieve revenue targets across all golf revenue streams
• Increase revenue from tournaments, events, memberships, corporate golf, and individual play
• Identify new commercial opportunities within golf operations
• Support annual budget and revenue forecast preparation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with Group Sales and Marketing teams
• Representing the golf resort at networking and business events
• Increase brand awareness in the corporate and leisure golf market
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate and support golf tournaments and events
• Ensure smooth execution in cooperation with operational teams
• Oversee preparation, delivery, and guest experience during events
• Support Golf Reception operations and guest engagement
• Promote membership, events, and additional golf services
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Participate in sales and operational meetings
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements

• Previous experience in golf sales, hospitality sales, or resort commercial roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
• Strong commercial and organizational mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage

Salary: CZK 50,000 (2,050 EUR) gross + up to CZK 25,000 (1,025 EUR) gross bonus
