Position: Marketing Specialist

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Eligibility: Must hold a European Union passport (work eligibility is mandatory)

We are looking for a creative and independent Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design, logo creation, branding and social media marketing.

The ideal candidate must be able to handle the full marketing process independently, from designing to final execution without close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and execute marketing campaigns independently.
• Create original logos, branding concepts and visual identities from scratch.
• Design social media posts, brochures, presentations, banners and digital advertisements.
• Manage and grow social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create engaging content, reels, short videos and promotional materials.
• Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
• Support hotels promotions, events, recruitment campaigns and brand awareness activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design and social media management.
• Strong graphic design background with proven logo design experience.
• Ability to work independently from concept creation to final execution.
• Experience in the hospitality or hotel sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and video editing tools.
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Salary: EUR 3,000 per month (all-inclusive) plus incentives
