Hospitality Marketing Manager in Prague, Czech Republic

We are hiring a Hospitality Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing activities for a luxury hotel in Prague.

Hospitality experience is a must!

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel marketing, digital campaigns, social media management, and brand positioning within the hospitality industry.

Location: Prague (office-based)

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: EUR 3,000 per month (all-inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing online marketing (website and social media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube,etc.)
• Cooperation with media, influencers, and travel partners (press trips, fam trips)
• Monitoring market trends and competitors
• Supporting and coordinating hotel sales activities
• Preparing newsletters and marketing materials for clients
• Communication with partners, agencies, printers, and graphic designers
• Approval of media and marketing activities, including projects of external partners (e.g., photoshoots, filming)
• Designing and implementing sales support activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role (hospitality preferred)
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
• Flexibility, independence, and team spirit
• Must be eligible to work in the European Union (EU work permit or EU citizenship required)
