Waiter Helper 

Luxury Fine Dining Restaurant | Dubai, UAE

We are hiring a friendly, hardworking and service-oriented Waiter Helper to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.

The successful candidate will support the waiters and service team by keeping tables clean, prepared, and fully stocked while helping ensure a smooth and professional dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the waiter with daily service duties.
• Prepare and maintain tables before and during service.
• Ensure plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, menus, and condiments are properly arranged.
• Provide and refill water for guests when required.
• Serve bread, condiments, and other supporting items.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery professionally and at the appropriate time.
• Clean and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
• Assist with serving food and beverages when required.
• Ensure the correct items are delivered to the correct table.
• Respond politely to guest requests and immediately inform the waiter when assistance is required.
• Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with VIP guests, celebrations, large groups, and special events.
• Coordinate with waiters, food runners, kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams.
• Support other sections when requested by management.
• Follow all hygiene, grooming, uniform, and service standards.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the shift.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic to good English is required.
• Arabic or another language is an advantage.
• Friendly, polite, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and carry plates and trays safely.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Responsible, punctual, attentive, and service-oriented.
