Recruiter (Catonsville, MD)

Recruiter needed for our non profit client in Catonsville, MD. The Recruiter will complete full-cycle recruitment of human services, education, maintenance and food service personnel. Contract to hire position. The non-negotiable pay rate is $27.00 per hour.

Essential Duties:

• Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to understand staffing needs and optimize cross-functional workflows.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
  
• Support HR onboarding responsibilities and ensure that all employee requirements are completed.
  
• Support payroll operations and employer tax compliance.
  
• Evaluate metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  

Qualifications:

• At least two years of recruiting experience is required ideally in a non profit environment.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with Sage or Workflow applicant tracking systems.
  
• Must be able to work from 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute non paid lunch.
  
• Must be able to pass a FBI background check and drug testing.
