The ideal candidate must have a keen interest in the Renewable Energy Sector and have

experience working with AC and DC.

Qualifications and Skills Required

National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.

Minimum N3 Engineering Studies Certificate.

Electrician Trade Test Certificate (Section 13/Red Seal).

Minimum of 3 - 5 years post trade working experience

Drivers License

Basic Computer Skills: Sending Emails to Clients and completing forms in Excel or Word

Format

Valid RSA Drivers License, must have own reliable transport and preferably live in

Centurion

Good Communication skills: Written and Oral in Afrikaans and English to deal with

customer queries in a professional manner (written, in person and telephonically)

Prior experience in electrical or plumbing industry

Main Responsibilities include:

Manage a team of junior technicians.

o Ensure all technical queries are dealt with in professional and timeous

manner.

o Ensure all processes for technical queries are adhered to.

o Ensure all phones are answered and email queries are dealt with.

Site inspections to ensure quality of installation of our products on large scale

projects.

Build a good relationship with all clients to provide adequate technical support

where required.

Any Adhoc duities as required by management

Call outs to customers when required
