About the job International Tax Manager
We are seeking an organized International Tax Manager who can deliver high-quality work while building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients on an international level. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisive decisions, and take initiative while remaining focused on achieving results and meeting performance objectives. Strong staff development skills, the ability to lead a team of professionals by example, and solid time management skills are crucial. This individual has the potential for a clear path to promotion, possibly to a partner level, based on the skills and experience they bring to the team. While this role will ideally work with our tax leadership in Austin, Texas, it is open to candidates in any one of our 14 offices.

Required Experience and Skills
- CPA highly preferred.
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Master's in Taxation highly preferred.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on international income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations.
- 2 years in a management position.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax law on an international scale.
- Strong review skills of 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 returns.
- Strong tax research experience and skills with diverse clientele on an international basis.
- Strong communication skills, especially with clients.
- STRONG technical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to grow practice.
- Willingness to work > 40 hours per week during tax season.
- Ability to supervise and train professional staff.
