HVAC Technician (Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, Package Units, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair compressors, motors, thermostats, control systems, and electrical components.

• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency.

• Conduct routine refrigerant checks and ensure safety compliance.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

• Maintain service reports and maintenance logs.

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related field.

• Minimum 4–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial/industrial preferred).

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS is an advantage.

• Physically fit and ready for immediate deployment.
