Electro – Mechanical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise overhaul and maintenance activities.
• Plan and organize daily activities, manpower and resources effectively.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with required procedures.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and work progress.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using relevant IT systems.
• Communicate effectively with management, supervisors and team members.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years of experience
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Good knowledge of IT systems and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Technical knowledge of Rolling Stock maintenance and practices or a similar environment.
• Engineering ONC or equivalent qualification/experience for production roles.
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement principles.
• Knowledge of contract/commercial matters.
