Planning Engineer

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely completion of project activities during the handover and commissioning phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools

• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

• Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions

• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams

• Support resource planning and manpower tracking

• Ensure planning activities align with client and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline

• 4–5 years of planning experience in Oil & Gas projects

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6

• Previous experience on Qatar-based projects preferred

• Good analytical and reporting skills

• Fluent in English
