About the job Storekeeper
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Storekeeper to efficiently manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of all materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure compliance with company standards, and support smooth operational flow by coordinating with procurement and project teams.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, store, and issue materials, tools, equipment, and supplies in an organized manner.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.

Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliation to verify accuracy.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials according to company standards.

Coordinate with procurement and project teams to fulfill material requirements.

Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and storage guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and storage areas.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Support operational needs by ensuring timely availability of required materials.
Candidate Requirements

Graduate (Bachelors Degree).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Storekeeping or Inventory Management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock tracking, and documentation.

Excellent communication skills in English.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to handle workload and pressure during peak operations.

Must follow company safety procedures and storage guidelines.
