🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Software Support Service Engineer to provide expert-level application and technical support for utility software systems. The role involves troubleshooting, system support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for utility software applications
- Troubleshoot application, system, and user-related issues
- Coordinate with end-users to understand and resolve software problems
- Support deployment, configuration, and upgrades of software systems
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance
- Prepare technical documentation and support reports
- Work closely with client teams and third-party vendors as required
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong expertise in utility software applications
- Proven experience in software/application support roles
- Ability to work independently and in client-facing environments
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; French is an advantage)
- Any nationality can apply
