🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Support Service Engineer to provide expert-level application and technical support for utility software systems. The role involves troubleshooting, system support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for utility software applications
  • Troubleshoot application, system, and user-related issues
  • Coordinate with end-users to understand and resolve software problems
  • Support deployment, configuration, and upgrades of software systems
  • Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance
  • Prepare technical documentation and support reports
  • Work closely with client teams and third-party vendors as required

🔹 Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong expertise in utility software applications
  • Proven experience in software/application support roles
  • Ability to work independently and in client-facing environments
  • Multilingual skills (English mandatory; French is an advantage)
