Conduct general housekeeping in work areas to ensure and comply with safety rules
and regulations.
Communicate existing and potential issues with supervisor.
Provide feedback to the supervisor pertaining to issues, improvement ideas or any
concern.
HSSEQ:
To follow all QC Safety Rules as specified.
To take full responsibility for the safety of yourself, co-workers, and on-site contractors,
ensuring full compliance with all QC Safety rules.
Proactively intervening and reporting of all observed unsafe behaviors and conditions.
To undertake all PTW activities in full compliance with the specified requirements of the
PTW, JSA's and Method Statements.
To undertake all Last-Minute Risk Assessments prior and during all work activities.
Ensure that issued PTW are fully complied with and that no work is undertaken outside
of PTW scope. Using the authority to stop work when PTW requirements are not fully
complied with, or unsafe acts and conditions are either observed or reported to them by
the working party.
Ensuring that all requirements are fully achieved and checked prior to the handing back
of the Asset / Equipment to Production & Distribution and the worksite is in a fully safe
and operational ready condition.
Comply with the QCFE requirements in applicable job areas / functions.r
Maintenance Activities
Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance,
troubleshooting and diagnostic activities related to MECHANICAL STATIC ASPECTS of
process and non-process equipment and its sub-systems as below equipment:
1) Static aspect of Pumps (Valves, pipe and pipe support, expansion bellows and fittings).
2) Static aspects of Cooling Tower (Infills, nozzles, basin, fan stack, and GRP structure)
3) Tank (Structures, valves and fittings, air vents)
4) Air handling Units (Filter, ducting, AHU Housing)
5) Filtration system (Filters, housings, pipe and fittings)
6) Chemical Dosing Pumps, Tanks, Pipe and Fittings system
7) Corrosion racks, sampling, blowdown and chemical dosing pipe systems
Supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors.
Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work.
Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external
location.
Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.
Maintain proper tools, PPE's, Spares and provide annual requirements.
Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity.
Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE.
Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline,
whenever required.
Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management.
Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with
the provisions of the labor law.
Shared & Common Machineries, Tools and Equipment
To perform routine inspection and minor maintenance for Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts /
Man lifts, Small Portable Gensets. Where applicable, to provide supervision for 3rd party
contractor to perform major or complex maintenance works.
