Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Enterprise Implementation Consultant to lead and govern enterprise-scale ERP implementation projects across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will act as the technical-functional authority responsible for ensuring successful ERP architecture, BRD validation, implementation governance, code quality oversight, and AI-ready system design.

The role requires strong expertise in Odoo Enterprise architecture, ERP implementation governance, process mapping, technical review, and enterprise workflow optimization. Candidates should have experience working with multi-company environments, integrations, data migration, and scalable ERP ecosystems.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Odoo Enterprise implementation and ERP consulting
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Odoo implementations end-to-end
• Experience in BRD review, UAT governance, vendor management, and ERP project delivery
• Experience in ERP data migration, API integrations, and workflow automation
• GCC/MENA project experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Odoo Enterprise architecture and module customization
• Experience reviewing and validating Python and XML customizations
• Knowledge of Odoo External API (JSON-RPC) and integration architecture
• Experience in multi-company ERP environments and access control management
• Understanding of ERP security architecture, record rules, and user permissions
• Knowledge of database performance optimization and high-volume ERP deployments
• Experience with data migration, opening balance validation, and ERP cutover planning
• Familiarity with AI-enabled ERP systems, automation workflows, or n8n integrations preferred
• Understanding of MCP-ready/API-first architecture preferred

Mandatory Criteria:

• Ability to evaluate and challenge custom development scope versus native Odoo capabilities
• Experience managing BRD sign-off, traceability matrices, and implementation governance
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management skills
• Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure scalable implementation standards
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and UAT processes
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate ERP implementation scope and solution architecture
• Classify native versus custom ERP features and optimize implementation approach
• Participate in BRD workshops and ensure complete functional requirements gathering
• Define business workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Review implementation contracts, milestone structures, and defect management processes
• Validate technical readiness including environments, security, integrations, and backup strategies
• Govern ERP data migration, cleansing, validation, and cutover activities
• Review API integration architecture, field mappings, and automation workflows
• Conduct periodic code reviews and ensure implementation quality standards
• Manage UAT planning, execution, issue tracking, and go-live readiness
• Support ERP scalability, interoperability, and AI/automation readiness
• Prepare governance reports, risk registers, and implementation status updates

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Odoo.sh and CI/CD deployment governance
• Exposure to AI-driven ERP automation and workflow orchestration
• Knowledge of GCC payroll localization, WPS, and labour compliance processes
• Experience with enterprise staffing, HRMS, operations, or workforce management platforms
