Pre-Commissioning Supervisor

The Pre-Commissioning Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all pre-commissioning activities to ensure systems are completed, tested, and ready for commissioning in line with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pre-commissioning activities including cleaning, flushing, drying, testing, and inspection

• Ensure systems are mechanically complete and ready for commissioning

• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, QA/QC, and HSE teams

• Review and execute pre-commissioning procedures and checklists

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations

• Identify and resolve pre-commissioning issues and punch points

• Prepare daily progress reports and handover documentation

• Support smooth handover of systems to the commissioning team

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical qualification

• 4–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects

• Previous experience on projects in Qatar is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of pre-commissioning activities and procedures

• Good communication skills in English
