Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day site construction activities and ensure work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at site
• Assign tasks and guide workers, masons, carpenters, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with site engineers and project management team
• Monitor daily progress and report site updates
• Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage
• Maintain site discipline, safety, and productivity
• Resolve minor site issues and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience in coordinating manpower on site

Preferred:

• Experience in building/high-rise/infrastructure projects
• GCC experience will be an advantage
