Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Location: Dukhan, Qatar
Employment Type: Contract (1 Month – Extendable)
Salary: QAR 4,500 + Food, Accommodation & Transportation (FAT) by Client

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee operation and maintenance activities of electrical power distribution systems in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all electrical maintenance activities.
• Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance up to 33KV systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage maintenance of substations, switchboards, transformers, UPS systems (AC/DC), and battery banks.
• Supervise installation and maintenance of cables, overhead lines, lighting, and earthing systems.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Utilize SAP-based maintenance systems for planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operation & maintenance of electrical power distribution systems.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems up to 33KV.
• Hands-on experience with SAP maintenance modules is preferred.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
