Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Officer/Specialist to manage commercial operations within a textile manufacturing environment. The role will focus on contracts, pricing, cost control, and vendor negotiations to ensure profitability, regulatory compliance, and smooth commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial activities related to textile manufacturing operations
• Handle contract preparation, review, negotiation, and compliance
• Develop and control pricing strategies in coordination with procurement, sales, and finance teams
• Monitor costs, margins, and profitability across products and vendors
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, service providers, and business partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and production teams for smooth operations
• Prepare commercial reports, cost analysis, and management dashboards
• Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support management in strategic commercial decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial operations
• Strong exposure to textile manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in contracts, pricing, and cost control

• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Good understanding of cost structures and profitability analysis
• Strong communication skills in English
