Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure safe working practices across construction sites and compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and client requirements
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with preventive measures
• Maintain safety documentation and records
• Coordinate with site engineers and project management for safe execution of works

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects
• NEBOSH certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to handle multiple site safety responsibilities

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of Qatar/local safety regulations
