BIM Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for construction projects.

· Prepare and review 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.

· Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and identify clashes using BIM software.

· Conduct clash detection and coordinate with relevant engineering teams for resolution.

· Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and BIM execution plans.

· Support the project team with quantity extraction, model updates, and construction coordination.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.

· Maintain BIM documentation and ensure proper version control of models and drawings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Architectural, MEP Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/Coordinator in construction projects.

· Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.

· Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.

· Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings.

· Strong coordination and communication skills.
