Switchgear Engineers

We are looking for experienced Switchgear Engineers to support installation, testing, commissioning, and site activities related to medium- and high-voltage switchgear systems for an oil & gas project.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, testing, and commissioning of 6.6 kV NXAIR and 33 kV 8DA switchgear systems

• Supervise switchgear erection, alignment, and interlocking checks

• Conduct pre-commissioning and functional testing activities

• Coordinate with client engineers and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications

• Identify and troubleshoot switchgear-related technical issues

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and site regulations

• Prepare test reports and site documentation as required

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in switchgear installation and commissioning

• Hands-on experience with 6.6 kV NXAIR and 33 kV 8DA systems

• Oil & gas or industrial project experience preferred

• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to work on a contractual and site-based assignment

Contract: 2 months and Extendable
