Accountant / Accounts Manager

Position: Accountant / Accounts Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar

We are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Manager with experience in the manpower or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records, general ledger, and reporting

• Prepare client invoices based on timesheets and deployment

• Handle accounts receivable/payable and follow up on payments

• Support payroll reconciliation (attendance, OT, allowances)

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

• 5–8 years of experience (manpower/staffing industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of billing, payroll, and financial reporting

• Proficient in MS Excel & accounting/ERP systems

Preferred:

• GCC experience in manpower or outsourcing companies

• ACCA / CMA / CPA (partially or fully qualified)
