Position: BA Technician

Department: Project Management / Operations
Reporting To: Supervisor – Non HPS / Foreman Non-HPS

Job Summary

The BA Technician is responsible for executing BA (Bundle Adjustment / Catalyst Change-Out) activities in accordance with company standards and project specifications. The role ensures safe handling of equipment, adherence to QHSE policies, and proper coordination with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute BA activities as per approved BA standards and procedures.

  • Perform catalyst change-out activities under BA guidelines.

  • Ensure housekeeping and maintain safety at the workplace.

  • Load and unload catalyst using appropriate and safe equipment.

  • Follow specified work procedures and operational instructions.

  • Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of BA equipment.

  • Coordinate effectively with LSS operators and relevant teams.

  • Enforce and comply with complete BA technical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Basic technical education (ITI / Diploma preferred).

  • Valid BA Certification (mandatory).

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in similar field.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

  • Basic safety certification required.

  • Strong understanding of QHSE policies, objectives, and company safety commitments.
