We are supporting our client by hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.

Job Purpose Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating operational needs into system and process improvements across the company. The role supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing real estate performance metrics and identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and optimization. This position acts as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that digital solutions align with operational needs and strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Process Analysis:
    • Elicit and document business requirements from Property Management, Facility Management, and Finance teams.
    • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
    • Map current and future-state processes to support operational optimization.
    • Develop functional specifications and business requirement documents (BRDs).
    • Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Real Estate Data Analysis & Performance Reporting:
    • Analyze leasing performance data, including occupancy rates, rental trends, and revenue metrics.
    • Generate insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
    • Develop dashboards and reports for management visibility.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Support forecasting and performance tracking initiatives.
  • Systems Optimization & Process Improvement:
    • Evaluate and optimize workflows within property management systems (PMS/ERP).
    • Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and system enhancements.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements.
    • Ensure systems support efficient and standardized processes.
    • Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend refinement.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Documentation:
    • Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams.
    • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input.
    • Prepare detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories.
    • Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Project Support & Change Management:
    • Support implementation of new systems, upgrades, and digital initiatives.
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure system readiness.
    • Support user training and adoption of new tools and processes.
    • Monitor post-implementation performance and user feedback.
    • Contribute to changing management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.

Skills:

  • Technical / Functional Skills:
    • Business analysis and requirements gathering.
    • Data analysis and reporting (Excel, BI tools).
    • Process mapping and workflow optimization.
    • Knowledge of property management systems (Yardi, MRI, Odoo, etc.).
    • Understanding of ERP, CRM, and system integrations.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
    • Attention to detail and documentation skills.
    • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
    • Project coordination and time management.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or similar field.

Certificates:

Preferred Certifications include:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP IIBA).
  • Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA IIBA).
  • PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
  • Data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) certification.

Computer Literacy:

  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Proficiency in:
    • MS Excel (advanced).
    • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
    • ERP/PMS systems.
    • Process mapping tools.

Languages:

English fluent.

Arabic is a plus.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or ERP environments is preferred.
  • Experience in digital transformation or system implementation projects is an advantage.
