We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with at least 5 years of sales experience to drive growth in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés). The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly motivated, and skilled at building strong client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets. A company vehicle will be provided for client visits and territory coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Coverage & Client Engagement

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory through strategic market screening.

  • Present products clearly, emphasizing their value and benefits to clients.

  • Maintain an up-to-date client database and follow up consistently to secure engagement and sales.

  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

2. Sales Target Achievement

  • Close a minimum of 10 new deals per month with new clients.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.

  • Drive growth through proactive follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Identify and resolve challenges to address declining sales promptly.

  • Participate in monthly performance reviews and implement actionable feedback.

3. Reporting & Market Analysis

  • Submit accurate daily reports covering client interactions, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Monitor competitors products, pricing, and promotions, providing insights to management.

  • Track client preferences, suppliers, and monthly consumption for strategic planning.

4. Client Relationship & Retention

  • Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and support.

  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide recommendations to management for market growth and enhanced client experience.

Performance Metrics:

  • Minimum of 10 new deals closed monthly.

  • Retention of existing clients and consistent sales growth.

  • Timely, accurate, and actionable reporting.

  • Positive client feedback and insights into market trends.

  • Performance evaluation through monthly appraisals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, specialized in the HORECA sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
