Location: Lusail, Qatar
Duration: 2 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 10 Hours / 6 Days a Week

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Instrument Technicians for a construction project in Lusail. The candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, and maintenance of instrumentation systems at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of instrumentation systems including cable laying, glanding, and termination in PLC and MCC panels.
• Installation and calibration of field instruments such as transmitters, sensors, gauges, and control devices.
• Perform cable termination works for all instrumentation devices.
• Installation of cable trays, conduits, and instrument tubing as per project drawings.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation installation works in construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
• Experience with PLC panels, MCC panels, and field instrument installation is required.

Skills

• Good knowledge of instrumentation systems and cable termination.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Basic troubleshooting and commissioning knowledge.

Language

• Basic English communication required.
