We're Hiring: Senior PCS 7 Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of industrial automation experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Siemens PCS 7 V9.0 or above.
• Strong knowledge of CFC, SFC, AS/OS engineering, WinCC, and PCS 7 Advanced Process Library.
• Experience with TIA Portal V16+, Siemens PLCs, and SIMATIC BATCH.
• Strong knowledge of PROFINET, Modbus, OPC UA, and industrial networking.
• Proven experience in FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Ability to independently execute projects and lead junior engineers.
• Valid Qatar ID and local availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute PCS 7 engineering, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop control logic, sequences, interlocks, HMI graphics, alarms, and system architecture.
• Perform FAT/SAT, loop testing, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.
• Prepare engineering documents, test reports, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure project quality, timelines, system reliability, and OT cybersecurity compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support at project sites.
