Job Responsibilities:

The Leadership Trainer will deliver an impactful training programs while also contributing to the design and continuous improvement of leadership development initiatives. This role combines strong facilitation skills with the ability to create practical, behavior-driven learning experiences that improve performance, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance customer experience.

Training Delivery

  • Facilitate engaging leadership training sessions (e.g., coaching, feedback, CX, emotional intelligence, escalation management)
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual programs using interactive and learner-centered approaches
  • Lead role plays, discussions, and real-world scenario-based learning

Content Design & Development

  • Adapt, enhance, and create leadership training materials based on business needs
  • Design practical learning experiences that focus on real operational challenges
  • Incorporate activities, case studies, and storytelling to bring learning to life

Coaching & Reinforcement

  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to leaders and trainees
  • Conduct follow-ups, side-by-sides, and observations to reinforce learning
  • Support leaders in applying skills such as coaching, communication, and ownership

Business Alignment

  • Partner with operations and support teams to identify skill gaps
  • Align training content with key business metrics (e.g., CX, escalations, performance)
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data

Job Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a BPO or operations environment
  • Previous leadership experience (Team Leader, Ops Lead, Ops Supervisor, or similar) required
  • Experience in training, facilitation, or coaching is highly preferred
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to design and adapt training content
  • Coaching and influencing capability
  • Strong understanding of leadership behaviors and CX impact
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability
