Payroll Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
• Filing employee related government documentations (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, Maternity Leave, etc.)
• Responding to employee queries regarding pay, incentives and benefits
• Working with other payroll officers in a team environment
• Reporting on administrative, payroll, or peer-to-peer activities to the Payroll Supervisor
• Calculating and processing payroll checks or electronic transfers of funds

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of related experience in the field of payroll and processing work
• Proficient in the English language (both verbal and written)
• Familiarity with PH payroll calculations and payroll distributions
• Ability to handle sensitive and important assignments/documentation while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
• Good organizational skills and meticulousness
• Willingness to learn and to cooperate with other administrative bodies for work-related purposes
