Job Responsibilities:

  • Inform customers about all products and services in the company, their uses and benefits
  • Monitor inbound, outbound and support teams to ensure the productivity and team performance in meeting targets
  • Maintain service levels and KPIs for all processes in Telesales; find, escalate and propose solutions for issues that delay service levels and KPIs to improve future performance
  • Create good relationships with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work to achieve maximum results
  • Work with Operations Lead to monitor, coach and manage teams' performance by setting clear objectives and develop them to fulfill their roles effectively
  • Ensure team queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure workplace effectivity
  • Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Evaluate Teams' performance
  • Set performance targets and work closely with team members to ensure goals are met
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance
  • Foster continuous learning and development for team members to improve their transfer skills
  • Generate regular reports on team performance and present findings to upper management
  • Conduct daily call audits, especially for transfer no closer calls, to ensure quality standards
  • Provide hourly score updates to the client and Ops Associate to keep them informed of ongoing performance
  • Facilitate clear communication between team members and other departments
  • Keep the team informed about changes in policies, procedures, and product updates
  • Address and resolve conflicts within the team promptly
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and provide solutions to challenges
  • Ensure that the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
  • Oversee and manage the important tasks of Telesales Representatives in the Job Manager

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a telesales or sales leadership is required
  • Strong sales skills, including experience with cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A customer-focused approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
