Accounts Receivable Operations & Analytics Specialist

As the business expands, we are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Operations & Analytics Specialist to join our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:
- Generate and distribute client invoices
- Apply customer payments to open receivables
- Reconcile payment discrepancies

2. Discrepancy Resolution:
- Resolve client disputes using documentation (payment proofs, transaction history)
- Flag recurring issues (e.g. invoice errors from Operations)

3. Compliance & Scheduling:
- Maintain task schedules (e.g. month-end closing activities)
- Develop and maintain Excel trackers (client changes, dispute logs, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Company Accountant to streamline workflows

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Has 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, or data-heavy administration roles
- Proficient in VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS, and data validation
- Experience building structured reports (e.g. aging summaries)
- Ability to interpret routine Accounts Receivable data (aging reports, payment trends)
- Ability to spot inconsistencies across systems (invoices, payments, etc.)
- Familiarity with accounting software (Business Central preferred)
- Transfer data accurately between Excel and ERP systems
