Associate Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a schedule to assess training needs
• Deliver training for newly hired employees
• Conduct new hire surveys and evaluation
• Collaborate with other trainers, managers, other department leads, etc.
• Track and compile collected training data
• Conceptualize training needs and online resources, training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Instruct employee training and onboarding
• Review employee performance and learning curves
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Team and liaise with the HR Team
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any business-related course (Associate or Bachelor's)
• Has training or teaching experience for at least a year
• Has experience in creating process documents or training tutorials
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software
• Has BPO experience for at least 6 months
• Exposed to multiple customers relation management systems
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
