Customer Service Representative I

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns about their insurance plans.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in any related field is preferred but not required
• At least 6 months of Customer Service experience or any related role is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office or Microsoft 365
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
