Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, generate and import reports daily
  • Create and manage folders
  • Manage Google maps (Epic report into Google maps for visual representation of open AOP's)
  • Keep 'the Brain' organized
  • Create folders and add users
  • Update checklist of items collected
  • Coordinate meetings between sales/brokers/diligence
  • Send out Teams video chat meeting invites
  • Take minutes of meeting (MOM)

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Has great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Can type within 50-60 wpm
  • Has great time management skills
  • Excellent in data entry and clerical work
  • At least on year experience in an administrative role
