Job Responsibilities:
- Create, generate and import reports daily
- Create and manage folders
- Manage Google maps (Epic report into Google maps for visual representation of open AOP's)
- Keep 'the Brain' organized
- Create folders and add users
- Update checklist of items collected
- Coordinate meetings between sales/brokers/diligence
- Send out Teams video chat meeting invites
- Take minutes of meeting (MOM)
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Has great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can type within 50-60 wpm
- Has great time management skills
- Excellent in data entry and clerical work
- At least on year experience in an administrative role
